2010 Annual Benefit

At the beautiful University Club of Chicago on Sunday, February 28, 2010, 200 guests sipped mimosas, browsed the wares on the Silent Auction, were the very first to hear the announcement of Remy Bumppo’s 2010/2011 season, and helped us surpass our fundraising goals by $20,000!
We are grateful for everyone’s participation, humbled by the generosity of our supporters and thrilled by the success of event.
Proceeds from the Benefit support our mainstage season of world-class plays as well as community engagement programming like the Translations and Adaptations Reading Series and Between the Lines. Funds raised at the Benefit will allow Remy Bumppo to continue a dialogue with the community by presenting works written by the world’s finest playwrights – works that demonstrate the intricate and transcendent power of theatrical language – while utilizing the talents of Chicago’s vast pool of veteran actors and designers.
